The I’m A Celeb star tragically died yesterday – weeks after being told she had a brain tumor.
The devastating news was shared by the 64-year-old’s loved ones today.
Annabel‘s children Molly and Ted said their “incredible” mum had been tragically diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year.
They said her spirits remained high as she underwent multiple intense surgeries, and she kept her “quick wit until the very end”.
The mum’s tragic final post on social media came just weeks before her cancer diagnosis.
And, in one of her final photos shared more than a year ago, Annabel was snapped beaming.
She sported bright red hair as she posed by a Rehab the Musical poster – and showed off their merchandise.
Annabel’s family today shared the devastating news of her death on her Instagram, revealing the I’m A Celeb star passed away yesterday afternoon.
Molly and Ted’s heartbreaking statement read: “It is with heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our incredible mother, Annabel Giles, who passed away peacefully yesterday afternoon at Martlets Hospice in Hove.
“In July, Mum was diagnosed with a stage 4 Glioblastoma, a fast-growing and highly aggressive malignant brain tumour.
“In the four months that followed, she displayed remarkable resilience and strength, despite undergoing brain surgery and countless radiotherapies.
“In her final weeks, she was passionate about raising awareness for Glioblastoma, embodying her lifelong commitment to helping others.”
