I learned the hard way that the bra I picked wasn’t a good move for the gym – there was an awkward moment while lifting
A FITNESS fan was just minding her own business at the gym – but her bra had other plans in store for her.
While lifting weights, she realized that she was no longer as lifted as she had thought.
“POV – your bra starts to fall off mid-set,” said Ashley (@the.fit.ma).
Everything seemed to start out well enough – until some slipping and sliding began to take place.
The gymgoer looked around embarrassingly as she attempted to pull the bra back up in the awkward moment.
It didn’t seem that anyone had noticed, but Ashley was determined not to make that mistake again.
“Oops, bandeau bra is not the move clearly,” she explained after learning her lesson the hard way.
The fitness trainer definitely needed a bra with a better fit.
It was only a matter of time before it could happen all over again.
The toned instructor regularly posts her daily routines – but this was her most mortifying gym moment yet.
A bandeau bra is a strapless strip of stretchy fabric with a thick band on the top and bottom.
The slip-on bra might be easy to wear, but as Ashley proved, it also came off a bit too easily.
It was probably a better choice for when less movement would be taking place.
Some bandeau bras come with pockets to insert pads – this makes them versatile enough to be worn under body-hugging outfits.
It also offers a no nipple-show.
According to strawpoll.com, some of the most highly rated sports bras – that are most likely a bit more snug – included the $108 Lululemon enlite bra and $42 Nike pro indy bra.
