Caught in the web: Brazilian man's alleged prostitution network unraveled in Ireland

DUBLIN, Ireland - A Brazilian man accused of leasing properties throughout Ireland for organized prostitution and sexual exploitation of vulnerable women was denied bail after a court heard claims that he was a "member of a major criminal organization."

Ilamar Rodrigues Ribeiro, 52, of no fixed address in Ireland, was apprehended at Dublin Airport on Thursday by Garda National Protective Services Bureau detectiv
