Tips for safe and smooth travel during Thanksgiving weekend in Oregon

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- With Thanksgiving coming on Thursday and not just Black Friday but also the Oregon vs. Oregon State football game the day after, there will be lots of people on the roads.

With that in mind, it's important to be mindful of when to travel and what to expect on the roads.
