AN avid gym-goer has shared how she went from being insecure about her body to embracing it.

She filmed herself during a workout routine while wearing shorts that showed off her insecurities.

In her video, Chrissy Morehu (@maamaas.world) revealed that she used to be self-conscious about certain parts of her body.

The TikToker, who is expecting a baby, could be seen wearing a blue tank top and matching bicycle shorts.

Chrissy explained that since she was in her “baby-making era” she decided to embrace her “mom bod.”

She revealed that wearing shorts that expose her “biggest insecurities” was part of this effort.

Chrissy told her followers that she was bullied throughout her life for some of the features she would usually hide.

She said that these insecurities included her “big bum, cellulite, and clubfoot.”

Ahead of having her third child, she explained that she wanted to change her outlook on her body.

“I definitely need a mindset change as soon as possible,” she explained.

While sporting her pregnant belly, Chrissy completed her workout routine.

As part of a fitness class, she did several burpee reps as well as jumping jacks.
