Minister hopeful of solution to climate change challenges

The Minister of Environment, Abass Balarabe, has expressed optimism about the solutions to the negative effects of climate change. Lawal spoke on Friday in Abuja at the 9th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers of the Pan-African Agency of the Great Green Wall. “I am optimistic that the deliberations of this 9th session would
