My ‘hair growth potion’ sounds gross but really works, I use it weekly and apply with an Amazon buy
AN eyelash technician has revealed her “hair growth potion” and it sounds gross.
Users might want to hold their noses but she said this stuff really worked.
So convinced was she by its effectiveness, that she said she used the mixture at least once a week.
The application of her hair lotion was made even easier thanks to a nifty little buy from Amazon.
Domo (@dominiquetheaira), who has 42,000 followers on her TikTok, showed off her magic brew to her viewers.
She is an eyelash technician, but in this post, she turned her attention to luscious hair.
“Onion water hair growth,” she said, getting ready to prepare the next batch.
“I’m staying consistent with my onion water. I know I will start seeing results.”
There was little complicated about her method. All it required was a pot, some water, and one red onion.
After peeling the pungent vegetable, she then sliced it into half moons.
Then it was left to simmer in the water for between 35 and 40 minutes.
Once that was done, she poured the liquid into a plastic bottle from Amazon, for $2 each.
“Then I just apply the water into my hair and just let it sit. That’s it,” she said.
“I use it weekly. I let it sit for 35-40 minutes [but] sometimes I leave it over night.”
When commenters questioned the aroma of this beauty product, she shrugged off their concerns: “It’s odorless to me.”
One commenter suggested another method with the same vegetable.
“Try to grate the onions and squeeze the juices. This is what I use on my locks and the growth is amazing.”
And another shared her lotion: “I do the same and it really works. I also use rice water.”
