11th Herat Security Conference Commences in Tajikistan
The 11th Herat Security Conference began on Monday with the participation of many figures, experts, and policymakers in the capital of Tajikistan. This conference is being held for two days, and participants will discuss the situation in Afghanistan.
The 11th round of Herat Security Talks, titled “Revisiting Afghanistan, Different Solutions,” has commenced.
In the 11th round of Herat Security Talks, foreign guests from various countries were invited alongside domestic experts. Some National Resistance Front and Ismail Khan members are also present at this conference.
As mentioned in their statement, the Institute for Strategic Studies has convened global experts, policymakers, and representatives from various nations to address the Afghanistan crisis.
In their press release, the Institute for Strategic Studies announced its assembly of international experts, policymakers, and delegates from diverse countries to deliberate on Afghanistan’s critical situation.
This conference has been held in the city of Dushanbe, Tajikistan, for the past two years since the Taliban came to power. Before that, it used to be held in the city of Herat.
In this session, Dr Rangin Dadfar Spanta called on the United States and NATO to take responsibility for the consequences of their withdrawal from Afghanistan. He urged international cooperation to address the current situation in Afghanistan.
