A’Court says Agbu duly elected as Taraba gov 

The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Tuesday dismissed an appeal filed by Muhammad Yahaya and the New Nigeria Peoples Party, challenging the electiom of Kefas Agbu as the governor of Taraba State. The appellate court described the appeal as being defective and declared Agbu of the Peoples Democratic Party as the duly elected governor
