Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #379 Micah W.J. Smith, of Hawaii, to be United States District Judge for the District of Hawaii.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Smith nomination.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Smith nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #378 Jamel Semper, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 5:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Semper nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #377 Shanlyn A.S. Park, of Hawaii, to be United States District Judge for the District of Hawaii.
