2 people shot on subway train in Brooklyn: NYPD
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) – Two people were shot on a subway train in Brooklyn Tuesday evening, police said.
The shooting happened on a Manhattan-bound C train near the Ralph Avenue station in Bedford–Stuyvesant around 5:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.
A 17-year-old boy was shot in the hand, and a man in his 40s was shot in the ankle, police said. No arrests have been made.
Police officials were unable to provide information on what led up to the shooting.
