Shaq and Reggie Miller made a playful in-game bet on a pair of Giannis Antetokounmpo free throws while broadcasting
Sports betting can take all forms, even two NBA broadcasters making a silly wager in the midst of providing commentary for a game.
That’s exactly what happened with Shaquille O’Neal and Reggie Miller while the two were calling the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat battle on Tuesday night as part of the NBA In-Season Tournament on TNT.
In the third quarter, O’Neal and Miller made a playful bet on whether or not Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo would sink two free throws while he was at the line. Shaq felt like he could, while Miller was doubtful.
Well, Antetokounmpo drained both shots to get Milwaukee two points on the board, and O’Neal would win the spur-of-the-moment bet with Miller.
Shaq really just made a bet with Reggie Miller that Giannis would make both free throws

Free throws can always go either way, but Shaq must’ve had a good feeling about Antetokounmpo getting both of these shots to make this wager.
While we’re definitely unsure if there really was a “bet” in this moment as much as two friends joking around on the broadcast, this still made for a fun moment of NBA television.
