The blanket Homegrown Territory goes away, but is replaced by a system that allows teams to protect players in their academy.
U-19 - 15 players
U-17 - 20 players
U-15 - 20 players

Also can protect 9 players from their territory, but not in their academy as long as not more than 5 are from a single age group.
