The Indian government has formed a high-level inquiry committee to investigate security concerns raised by the United States regarding a foiled plot to kill a Sikh separatist. The U.S. had raised the issue with the Indian government at the "senior-most levels." The findings of the probe will guide necessary follow-up actions, India said.
