The Supreme Court has upheld the Indian government's decision to extend the tenure of Delhi Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar by six months. The court stated that the Union government's decision does not violate the law and clarified that its order is based on a prima facie view without considering issues pending adjudication before the constitution bench.
