A CONFIDENT mother has shared her ten-year body transformation as a single parent to five children.
She looks and feels better than she did ten years ago and has the fit body to prove it.
Fitness enthusiast Amelia (@vintage_amelia) shared is almost 40 years old but looks better than ever after having five kids.
In a 2021 TikTok video, she shared her weight loss journey over the course of the last ten years.
It began with a throwback photo of herself at 26 years old.
The single mother smiled in a professional photo and visibly looked much wider.
“Put a picture of you ten years ago and a picture of you now. Let’s see the difference.,” the background audio said.
Amelia then showed several videos and photos of her body transformation after getting into weightlifting.
First, there were several posed images of herself at the gym in exercise attire.
She also showed off her casual side in a body-hugging romper and in her postal worker uniform.
“Let’s have everyone leave a comment,” the audio continued.
Viewers flooded the comment section with praise and supportive words.
