I broke down in tears when I was mum-shamed but now I’m nailing parenting and nobody would dare, says Charlotte Crosby
CHARLOTTE Crosby says she is no longer mum-shamed because she is ‘nailing’ motherhood.
The 33-year-old – who gave birth to daughter Alba last year – admitted she struggled the first time she was criticised over her parenting skills, but insists people ‘wouldn’t dare’ say anything to her now.

“I got loads of hate on that video because I didn’t level the scoops. But I wasn’t making a bottle, I was just showing how you put formula in the container.
“Because I was very new, it was the first month having Alba, so I got upset and cried about it.”
The former Geordie Shore star – who is engaged to marry Jake Ankers – continued: “Now, I am so confident in my parenting, it feels like the job I was meant to do my whole life.
“I don’t think people would dare mam shame us. I am so confident about my parenting skills, I have never had any mam shaming ever since.
“I honestly think it’s because people look at me and think there is no point in questioning Charlotte because she is nailing it.”
As well as being an amazing mum, Charlotte has landed a surprising new gig – singing.
The reality TV favourite was picked to be the voice behind Paramount+ UK’s festive jingle for their Christmas advert, following her success on The Masked Singer Australia.
Charlotte admitted she thought it was a wind up when she first got the call, but embraced every second of it.
She said: “It’s just a bit of fun and it’s just a little jingle. I don’t think I was singing at my full capability. If I was singing a proper song, a proper vocal I think I would impress people a bit more.
“I had so much fun doing it. That is the first time I have ever been in a recording studio, it was like all of my dreams come true.”
