A WEDDING guest has sought the opinion of the internet regarding a form-fitting outfit choice for the affair.
Her “figure-clinging” dress had people saying the bride — her boyfriend’s sister — will hate her for donning the sultry look on her special day.
Reddit user Major_Rough_4702 posted the outfit choice in a post on the social media platform.
“Is this appropriate for my boyfriend’s sister’s wedding?” she titled the post.
She added details about the matrimonial event, including photos of the dress.
“My boyfriend is a groomsman in his sister’s wedding this upcoming May and I was thinking of wearing this dress as a guest,” she wrote.
“Is it an appropriate choice? His sister and her fiancé are having a private ceremony so I figured I could get away with it.
“However, after some thought, I think that it might be too eye-catching for a guest even if just for the wedding reception (which will be in the cocktail lounge of a live music venue),” she added.
She expressed her concerns about the dress, seeking advice on whether to rock it or save it for another time.
“I’m a little worried about the color sure, but I’m significantly more concerned about the fit and style of the dress, especially knowing his traditional immigrant parents,” she said.
