The law enforcement meeting, dubbed "a historic collaboration", is organized by the International Initiative of Law Enforcement for Climate (I2LEC), a joint initiative between the Ministry of Interior of the United Arab Emirates and the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
