Spotify celebrates Taylor Swift as the 2023 Global Top Artist with Eras themed Easter Egg

Spotify Wrapped dropped on Wednesday, November 29 with listeners sharing their stats and favorite artists from 2023. Unsurprisingly, Taylor Swift earned the spot as Spotify’s Global Top Artist for 2023. The mega pop star is having an incredible year as she’s launched the Eras Tour, re-released Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) and 1989 (Taylor’s Version), brought her tour to the theater with Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour and boosted economies everywhere she’s gone.

Not too shabby.

In order to celebrate Ms. Swift and her title, Spotify dropped a little Easter Egg for those paying attention as they cruise through their end-of-year playlists. For each album in her discography, the time counter bar has turned the color for that era, and the time dot has turned into a star.
