I’M A Celebrity fans have begged ITV producers to ‘step in and axe’ Nella Rose from the show.
Viewers were convinced the outspoken YouTuber, 26, had thrown in the towel after struggling through a string of high-octane trials and clashes in camp.
But, now that it’s apparent she’s staying put, they’re asking for her to be removed for the sake of her mental health.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one wrote, “Honestly Nella did not seem okay on tonight’s ep. It’s probably a good thing she has a break from trials.
Another added, “If the producers did pull Nella out so she couldn’t do the trial, I rate them for caring about her wellbeing. I don’t rate anyone so hell bent on hating a 26 year old.”
Someone else agreed, “Maybe Nella isn’t actually doing well mentally.
“I mean you guys think she’s putting up the act but if shes been pulled out by the producers for a wellness check I wouldn’t be surprised.”
Nella’s final trial was Dreaded Beds alongside Frankie Dettori, where she was branded a let down even by host Ant McPartlin.
But then Ant and Dec broke the news as they entered the site on Tuesday night to discuss the next trial that Nella was being seen by medics – leaving viewers convinced she had taken her leave.
Today, The Sun exclusively revealed Nella is now back in camp after her time in the medical bay.
An ITV spokesman said: “During last night’s live broadcast, Nella Rose required medical treatment on site and was deemed unable to take part in the trial. Nella has since rejoined camp.”
Previously Nella had battled through Fishy Business with the help of Sam Thompson.
Aside from the trials, Nella’s time in camp has been crammed with tense moments, bust-ups and clashes after she came up against Fred Sirieix in the now infamous ‘dad-gate’ row, plus grilling Nigel Farage on immigration.
