Mary Trump hopes judge 'drops hammer' on her 'mob boss' uncle after alleged violation
Her uncle moves money like a mob boss.
Mary Trump accused her uncle, former President Donald Trump of moving like a La Cost Nostra honcho after it was reported in The Daily Beast that he was caught transferring $40 million from the Trump Organization into a personal bank account so that he could pay his tax and legal bills.
"Why is this so bad for him," Mary Trump wrote on an emailed response. "Because the court, specifically ordered Donald NOT to shift his assets around—just as if he were a MOB boss."
The 45th president is reportedly bound from moving around any assets without first alerting a court-appointed monitor who happens to be a former federal judge overseeing the Trump Organization named Barbara Jones, the Beast reported.
However, on Wednesday she informed a New York state court that she found major bank transfers the Trumps failed to let her know about.

Back in October, Justice Arthur Engoron made it clear in an order that the Trumps come clean if they plan to move assets as a measure to prevent them from trying to keep keep their wealth.
Trump and his company along with other defendants are required to inform Jones whenever they make transfers out of Trump’s trust that have an “aggregate value in excess of $5 million,” according to CNBC.
However, Jones appears to have flagged at least “three cash transfers exceeding $5 million each, totaling approximately $40 million" since January.
“We have discussed with Defendants why these transactions were not previously disclosed,” Jones wrote to Engoron in the newly available filing. “And I have now clarified (and Defendants have agreed) that all transfers of assets out of the [Trump] Trust exceeding $5 million must be reported, emphasizing the word 'all' in italics."
Mary Trump is hoping that her ex-president uncle is hammered for the cash switch.
"[New York Attorney General] Letitia James has been made aware of the transfers…The court has been notified," she wrote. "It’s time for them to drop the hammer on my uncle, and it’s time for America to break out the [popcorn emoji]."
