SKOPJE (Sputnik) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in North Macedonia’s capital, Skopje, to participate in the 30th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), scheduled to be held from Thursday-Friday, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
