Two women in Varanasi, Pallavi and Vaishviki, were found living with the skeleton of their mother, Usha Tiwari, in their house in Maderva Chittupur area. The sisters claimed that their mother had died of illness in December last year and they had no money to cremate her. Their father lives in Ballia and had not visited them for the past two years. Police confirmed that the sisters seem to be mentally unstable and ruled out any criminal angle in the case.
