“Cement demand has taken a knock in November because of the festive season and also North India normally during winter sees some curbs on agglomerate mining etc. and even construction activity takes a little bit of a backseat. So demand is slightly weak but it is better quarter-on-quarter and Q4 would be the best of the last few quarters that we have seen.”
