One savvy shopper spotted the sweet treats, which will cost you just £1.10 a bag – yes, you heard that correctly.
Thrilled at the finds, the bargain hunter took to social media to show off the cheap buys, as the foodie wrote: ‘’New giant chocolate buttons at Asda!’
So if you’ve got a sweet tooth, and love a bit of chocolate with a cup of tea in the evening, you’ll need to run to Asda as quickly as you can.
There’s three different bags of buttons to choose from – not only are there milk chocolate giant buttons, but there’s also white chocolate giant buttons and caramel filled giant buttons too.
So if you’re a fan of Cadbury’s buttons, which are £1.50 a bag in Asda, you’ll need to try this cheaper and tasty alternative.
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @newfoodsuk_official, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 35,800 views.
Social media users were beaming that the buttons are back on shelves and many took to the comments to express this.
Not only this, but many explained that they are a cheaper alternative to branded buttons and many praised their taste.
One person said: “They used to sell these a few years ago and they’ve brought them back.
“[To be honest] they’re nice and save money on buying the branded stuff.”
