IIT Guwahati has launched a three-month drone technology training program for Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Other Ranks Officers (OR) to modernize armed forces operations and provide skills for drone operations. The initiative aims to facilitate a smooth transition for armed forces personnel considering post-retirement careers in the growing drone technology sector.
