Belarus welcomes the IOM's commitment to working with the international community to anticipate and mitigate the root causes of irregular migration, Belarus' Permanent Representative to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva Larisa Belskaya said when speaking at the 114th session of the IOM Council.
