I was dubious about my Skims bodysuit haul but the fabric was amazing and I didn’t need to wear a bra as a 38D-cup
A PLUS-SIZE fashionista has shared her honest opinion of Skims clothing after trying Kim Kardashian’s brand for the first time.
She was skeptical of how the stylish clothing would look on her curvy figure despite having seen other trendsetters rave about their flattering fit.

She usually wears a size 14 in clothes with a 38D bra.
She was eager to give her verdict on Skims after buying a selection of bodysuits in a size XL for the shopping haul.
“This is my first time trying anything from the brand,” she said.
She held up Skims’ unlined plunge thong bodysuit which cost $78 before trying it on.
The top which boasts of “accentuating curves” comes in a selection of nude colors with sizes ranging from XXS to 4X.
“Holding it up to me it looks really small but it’s really stretchy and the fabric literally feels amazing,” she said.
“This fabric really reminds me of the Lululemon Align leggings or maybe even softer.”
Leah tried on the figure-hugging bodysuit with a pair of ripped denim shorts for a casual look.
She looked effortlessly stylish with her hair in voluminous waves and rosy makeup.
“I actually love it. I love everything about the fit, the feeling, it is a win,” she said.
“I just remembered this is a thong and I honestly forgot because it is so comfortable, I swear it’s the fabric.
“I am also not wearing a bra. I’m sorry I had to mention that.
“I’m not wearing a bra and I’m a D cup. I still feel very supported.”
Leah was equally impressed as she changed into the brand’s crew neck sleeveless bodysuit which is currently reduced from $68 to $34.
She gushed about it being made of the same “comfortable” and supportive fabric which she loved.
It comes in three different colors with sizes ranging from XXS to 5X.
“Is @skims plus-size friendly? Here is my first impression + try on!” she captioned the post.
Leah said the bodysuit was made of ‘stretchy’ fabric as she tried it on with a pair of denim shorts[/caption]The video went viral and quickly gained over 133,000 likes from people who were grateful for her truthful review.
Many people took to the comment section complimenting Leah’s sense of style.
She told shoppers the bodysuit gives a “smoothing effect” but isn’t as constricting as traditional shapewear.
“They look really nice on you I actually might give them a try,” one person commented.
“Thank you so much for this! After the video I ordered the same bodysuits and I love them and I never love bodysuits on me!!” another wrote.
“Oooh!! I haven’t heard anything about the Skims bodysuits before but I love me a good bodysuit and they look amazing on you,” a third said.
“Thank you so much!! They’re by far the most comfortable bodysuits I’ve ever worn,” Leah replied.
