And in a recent clip, the size 16 beauty shocked fans with her “lumpy nails” – but they were actually 3D embellishments.

She headed off to Sky High Studio, in Glasgow, to have the 3D designs made up.

And she praised the team for the different combinations that were “so fun”, and it even helped if you have anxiety.

In the video, Bethany said: “My nail tech sent me home with lumpy nails!? Let’s start from the start.

“So I headed into Glasgow to get my nails done at Sky High Studio – I’ve been coming here forever but I’ve never had my nails done like this before.

“As you can tell the interior is absolutely beautiful and so aesthetic and I want my whole room to look like this.

“I let Elise, the owner of the salon, to basically do anything to my nails so we started by buffing the last design off and prepping my nails.

“Looked up some inspo and then made my nails a little longer on some fingers because I end up biting them sometimes.

“I’ve never had these butterfly papers on before but they were so satisfying to watch getting them took off.

“We then cured all my nails and they were ready for the design. Other than the ones that she had to fix, these are all my real nails and I absolutely love that.

“Looked at Pintrest and Elise drew up some designs for my nails and she was using new products that basically makes, like, 3D designs.”

She carried on: “So the blue here we used for some skies and then with glitter on one finger we’re gonna add some, like, jelly rings to it.”

For another finger, Bethany said: “For this finger, Elise decided to do three colourful lines and then paint on top of the pink to make it pop more.

“Then we used this white for the clouds and then cured in between each one.

“Also, to be on brand for Sky High, we decided to a flower with a smiley face “.

She added: “Of course, we did a cute little strawberry”.

Showing off the finished look, Bethany said: “Here are my beautiful 3D nails, they’re absolutely gorgeous.

“I’ve never had these before and honestly they’re so fun and they’re really satisfying to rub if you’re a little anxious.”

After getting over their initial shock, users flocked to the comments to compliment Bethany’s final look.

One person said: “They are soooooo cute!!”

Another added: “Love them!!”

Someone else wrote: “Loveeee!!!!!”
