Hallmark’s ‘Christmas City’ Bethlehem live camera is back. Here’s how to watch
The Hallmark Channel will once again host a stream to let people take a live, daily look at the Lehigh Valley’s “Christmas City.”
Hallmark announced Thursday that Bethlehem is one of six Christmas towns in the country that will be streamed for 12 hours a day until Dec. 30.
The livestream, which can be seen here, gives viewers a live look at Main Street and its holiday happenings near the intersection with West Walnut Street. It will run from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily.
Bethlehem is the only Pennsylvania city featured in Hallmark’s livestreams. This is the second year that Bethlehem is streamed by the network for the holiday season.
The Hallmark Channel said in a news release that its livestreams show towns that evoke the “real-life essence of the festive communities featured in Hallmark holiday movies.”
“Everyone who lives here, works here, or who has ever visited during the holidays, knows why we’re called ‘The Christmas City.’ It goes beyond the decorations, shopping, and hustle and bustle. It’s something about the warm and loving spirit of our community that really brings that Christmas magic and we are thrilled that Hallmark has recognized that,” Tammy Wendling of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, said in the release.
