Circolo Restaurant and Bar is a renovation project located in the Northern area of Bandung City that stands in a 1080 m2 site area. The existing building consists of 3 main masses, which previously functioned as an office building and a commercial building, that are no longer used and are designed in such a way as to become one complete unity. A large hole was created at the border between two separate buildings, which is connected by a bridge as the main circulation for the user.

Nestled on the seventh floor of a 1970s building in Takaido, Tokyo, an ordinary 3LDK apartment underwent a renovation designed by Roovice while guided by the creative vision of the owners, David Buchler and Koichi Tanabe. Tuckey Design Studio was approached by the client to re-appropriate a converted chapel to accommodate their new permanent family home. The Old Chapel stands within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Located in a residential development near the town center, the existing construction is part of a group of buildings that once constituted the Seignosse Motel. It consists of two studios (former motel rooms) of 25 m² each located on small plots of land.

Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor in Dali aims to establish a healthy water-land buffer zone and ecological barrier, expanding the lake’s interactive interface for the residents and tourists.

New York-based architecture office ODA has unveiled their design for Lorimer House and Copper Lofts, a development comprised of two residential buildings located in East Williamsburg in New York City. The design takes advantage of the triangular shape of the plot, employing rounded corners throughout the building to soften its image and create contextual references to its urban surroundings. The project is located on a conventional rectangular plot of 325 m2, in a residential area in Culiacán, Sinaloa. It borders to the north and west with other buildings, to the south with a connection to the road and the east with a tree-lined pedestrian path that is part of the residential area, which favors the layout in an "L" shape seeking to contain a large garden and orient the views of the project towards the green canopy of the trees. 

In January 2021, “The Vessel,” designed by Heatherwick Studio, was temporarily closed to visitors after many suicide incidents in the Public Landmark. The 150-foot-monumental staircase in Hudson Yards, New York, is now set to reopen this year to the public with revamped safety measures. The beehive-shaped sculpture boasts approximately 2,500 steps and 80 landmarks and is on track to install “floor-to-ceiling mesh” on various staircases to safeguard visitors.

House ES was built in 2021 on a tree-lined plot of land not far from Munich. The new construction addresses the theme of simplicity/complexity. An initially simple, elongated cube is formed into a habitable sculpture solely through subtraction from the volume.

Brief and Overview - The client approached us to convert a small storage space under their house into an ensuite, with a new extension that would function as a work-from-home studio and guest bedroom. In addition, they wanted the design to make the southern part of their property child-friendly and safe. The site had dilapidated brick retaining walls that were failing and unsafe.

Lighting has evolved remarkably throughout architectural history, driven by significant technological advances. Despite these changes, its central purpose of enhancing aesthetics, functionality, and safety has remained consistent. In this evolution process, a milestone can be traced with the transition from fluorescent lighting to LED lighting, marking a turning point that has reduced costs and energy consumption. Zero40 Brewery is located in the heart of Hyderabad's software district. The design seamlessly combines the essence of an existing orchard with the vibrant social ambiance that guests would expect at a brewery. The site is a 1.2-acre rectangular plot with 10 mango trees and a neem tree. The design revolves around the client’s vision and the existing orchard, intentionally avoiding disturbing or pruning the trees.
