A Lucas County Common Pleas Court judge on Thursday set bond at $1.3 million for an Indiana man linked to a trio of sexual assaults and a murder more than 20 years ago.

To the editor: Impeachment unconstitutional

The planned impeachment trial is unconstitutional. The U.S. Constitution says the Chief Justice shall preside over impeachment of the United States and that the President shall be removed from office on impeachment and conviction.
