Harvey, the night’s host, announced Miss Colombia as the winner and Miss Philippines as the runner-up. He was wrong. It was actually the other way around, with Miss Philippines as the winner. The Food and Drug administration is making it harder for teens to achieve that perfect glow by banning anyone under 18 from being able to use an indoor tanning device. Applicants were required to be at least 18 years old and have a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and had to submit a short video and essay. Just a few days ago, Pornhub announced the winner to be a 48-year-old Texan woman named MaryAnn Uribe.
