Nevada election-fraud crusader loses lawsuit battle against Washoe County in state court

A Nevada election-fraud crusader’s attempt to to sue Washoe County over alleged election fraud has now been rejected in state court. A judge in Reno dismissed the latest suit Monday in Robert Beadles’ feud with the county with prejudice, meaning he cannot refile it. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports Beadles must also pay the other side's legal fees. Beadles told the newspaper he plans to appeal his case. Man pleads guilty to firebombing Wisconsin anti-abortion group office in 2022

A man accused of firebombing an anti-abortion office in Wisconsin has pleaded guilty to a federal charge of damaging property with explosives. Online court records show Hridindu Roychowdhury entered the plea Monday. He faces up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced on Dec. 1. Prosecutors have agreed to recommend the judge reduce his sentence because he has accepted responsibility for the crime.
