The military commissariat of the Leningrad region offered women as a gift on March 8 to send their former lovers to the army. The corresponding video message was posted on the Instagram account of the Leningrad region administration.
In his address, the head of the department for work with citizens, Yuri Khromov, on behalf of the military commissariat, congratulated the “lovely young ladies” on International Women’s Day and wished them to be always surrounded by “real defenders”.
“Now, let me give you a little gift. Leave the accounts of your exes in the comments, and we will meet them at recruiting points. And remember, a real man must have a military ID, ”Khromov said.
The Russians noted in the comments under the video that the colonel “thought up great things”. Some men expressed their readiness to go to serve: “Take me away, even now I will go”, “Take me away at last, eh? I already passed the commission twice … ”However, others suggested that the commissariat was“ too lazy to look for ”Russians to serve in the army.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated women on March 8. He emphasized that women bring “harmony, tenderness, beauty and unconditional maternal love” to the world. At the same time, he noted that they “in some incomprehensible way” everywhere and do everything in time.
