British Prime Minister Boris Johnson officially presented a “integrated security, defense, development and foreign policy” of the Kingdom (.pdf). London plans to contain and defend against all threats to Moscow, including through NATO. This will continue until relations with Russia improve, the doctrine says. The UK also plans to hold Russia accountable for violating international rules and regulations, the document says.
